The Circuit Court of Macon County, Alabama has issued an Order in the case of Macon County Commission vs Tuskegee
Chapter of the United Daughters of the Conferderacy and Alabama Division of United Daughters of the Confederacy,
CV-2021-900092 in favor of the Macon County Commission, ordering the Tuskegee Chapter of the United Daughters of
the Confederacy to retrieve and remove the Confederate monument from the property within 60 days.
